Our aim is to be your first call for future projects, and telling others how satisfied you are. To accomplish that, we promise to do everything we can to earn your trust and satisfaction.

Our Limited Life Time Warranty

This Limited Workmanship Warranty is between Alta Home Garages & More Inc. and the original purchaser.

Our liability is limited to AHG&M’s labour on the project, excluding materials. Some materials may be covered by a manufacturer’s warranty, which may supersede or enhance AHG&M warranty coverage.

If the structure of the project is compromised due to our workmanship, AHG&M, at its sole discretion, will repair or rebuild the damaged elements free of charge, for a time period the purchaser (Home Owner) holds possession of its property

Concrete Slabs Driveways and Sidewalks – While we implement every step for strong, durable, and good-looking concrete, there is no way to predict if it will crack, paddle, or flaking, cosmetics, etc. as concrete slabs, sidewalks, and patios are affected by various factors. Concrete Slab Warranty is valid against breaks not cracks for 10 years provided it was used for the intended purpose outlined in your purchase agreement.

This warranty does not cover cosmetic deficiencies such as flaking or popping beyond the first seasonal change. To minimize the likelihood of flaking or popping, we strongly advise against using salt or other de-icing chemicals on your concrete, particularly during its first winter. We also recommend rinsing your vehicle to remove any street salt residue before parking it on the concrete surface. Save

This warranty does not cover any third-party damage, “Acts of God” or damages that result from the owner’s neglect. This warranty does not cover problems caused by abuse, misuse, civil disturbance such as ground settling and does not cover the structure if it’s used for commercial purposes.

What’s Not Covered

This limited lifetime warranty does NOT cover any repairs needed as a result of misuse. This includes re-positioning of garage doors and opener components, reinstallation of materials such as framing or drywall, drilling through structural components, altering the product, using it in ways not intended or recommended by the manufacturer, and failing to maintain it properly.

Defective materials and/or parts: Alta Home Garages & More will correct any defective workmanship and, if the part is covered by the manufacturer’s warranty, we will repair or replace that defective part, at no charge for labor for as long as the manufacturer’s warranty is valid. Please refer to each individual manufacturer for warranty details and their comprehensive coverage

If you have a problem, contact Alta Home Garages & More. We will assess the issue no matter how it happened and provide the necessary service

It is the owner’s responsibility to have their garages professionally inspected, cleaned, and maintained yearly.

If you have a concern, please contact us immediately for review and/or repair so we can keep your family safe.
