Once you verified the gas line is located underneath your proposed garage you need to ensure if it’s sleeved. You may do that by calling ATCO GAS. If the gas line is sleeved, you have nothing to worry about and you may build your proposed garage. If the gas line is not sleeved, you have 2 options. 1. Get the line relocated. 2.
